How does logbooked work for me?
Logbooked is built around a digital online service and MOT history and we currently have the above functions in place so depending on which function(s) suit your business model depends on how logbooked works for you.
If your business operates predominantly on a vehicle sales model then logbooked will prove to be a valuable business tool and because sales can be linked with our other functions, such as the comprehensive vehicle check or vehicle valuation tools, logbooked can further support your business.
Like many online vehicle sales platforms logbooked offers you the opportunity of advertising your vehicles as classified adverts and hosting them within your businesses online showroom, however logbooked has more advantages than any other platform you know as we offer additional sales functionalities and combine this with the advertising power of our very own purpose built social media platform.
Part of the vehicle sales market involves some form of vehicle auction whether your business model sees you advertising vehicles for auction or whether your business model sees you purchasing auctioned vehicles for the purpose of resale.
Logbooked’s dealer auction facilitates the process by firstly enabling dealers to upload auction vehicles to receive bids from other dealers and secondly enabling the general public users to upload their vehicles into the auction centre enabling dealers to give them a bid against their vehicles. (This is accessible only from the business centre - only dealers see the auction centre and can bid)
As part of the marketplace tyre centre we have added a catalogue of new tyres and our users can search for the tyres they require by their vehicle registration or specific tyre size, they are then able to purchase their tyres and proceed to book a fitting appointment with any local fitting centre who has registered on logbooked and added their business location and fitting fees to enable customers to utilise their fitting services. (Fitting fees are paid directly)
Service and Repair Centre:
Logbooked users who require mechanical or electrical services have the ability to add the job requirement to the service and repair centre by requesting a quote which will become instantly visible to the businesses who have registered on the platform to offer mechanical or electrical repairs and services.
These quotes are instant and appear in the customers my quotes inbox and therefore enable the customer to book an appointment for the requirement to be complete.
As part of the Logbooked platform we have included a marketplace which is a niche motor industry, and specific business only marketplace that enables businesses to create an e-commerce shop for the purpose of listing and selling their products to customers.
As you would expect from any social media platform logbooked offers all of the standard functions from newsfeed posting, commenting and liking, following users, sharing content and creating groups or events to creating albums and end to end encrypted messaging which when bought in conjunction with all the current industry functions makes logbooked the perfect tool for your business model.
